Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

 

 

Bookings

• Bookings can be made by phone using credit card, by mail with a cheque or money order, or book online through this website.
• A deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required to confirm reservation. ($30 peak season)
• The balance of the tariff must be paid in full on check in (Peak season - full payment is required before arrival). EFTPOS is available. Management reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full on arrival.
• Check in time - after 2pm or by prior arrangement. Check out 10am (NSW times).
• Late departure by prior arrangement only. A fee applies.
• A 1.5% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit card.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Your booking  is a contract that Waterside Cabins will honor.
• Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short.
• Refunds do not apply to cancellations based on the weather.
• Management reserves the right to relocate or change the cabin number when necessary after booking.
• Booked sites will only be held 24 hours after commencement date unless otherwise arranged.

Low Season Cancellations

• Cancellations received in writing with over 30 days notice will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.
• Cancellation notified less than 30 days prior to the reservation check in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

Peak & Mid Season Cancellations

• Cancellations received in writing with over 6 months notice will be entitled to a refund of the initial deposit less $50 administration fee.
• Cancellations received in writing less than 6 months buy more than 3 months prior to arrival will be refunded half of the deposit paid (less $50 administration fee).
  The remaining monies will be held and refunded only if we are able to rebook the canceled site/cabin.
• Cancellations received in writing less than 3 months prior to arrival dates will forfeit deposit paid. Monies paid will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the canceled site / cabin.
