Buskers head to Woolgoolga

 The Waterside Cabins Woolgoolga would like to welcome this years buskers and comedians for the anual Buskers & Comedy festival being hosted from October 2 till October 10 2009.

Last years event saw local buskers and comedians pit their skills against interstate and international visitors. So popular was the event that it was promoted on the Discovery Chanel during the Travel Oz program airing exclusive coverage of the festival to over forty countries.
With an ABC film crew filming three days of last years action, which highlighted the incredible reach of the event, the festival was cemented as NSW best street theater fesitval.

So visit the waterside cabins and enjoy this 9 day festival of fun and entertainment. Shows will run through the day in the streets of the city centre, spreading to the north, south and west of the city and then move into the various quality pubs and clubs of Coffs to continue the entertainment through the night. There will also be night shows in the botanic gardens.

 The 2008 Buskers and Comedy festival will be screened tonight June 24 on ABC at 6pm.
